MWG is based on the original Butterfly Software released under the GNU/GPL license by Mike Filsaime in 2010. We thank Mike for providing the original software to the community for further enhancement and opportunity.

Earlier in his career, he helped extend and expand the source code from the Mark Joyner Farewell package (where he is still a "certified developer"), and helped bring that code to life.
